The difference here is that Bidens condition was was such that he couldnt recognize members of his own cabinet. People around him knew he was deteriorating but hid his condition in order for him to run for another term. There where MANY Dems asking about Bidens mental ability. Please do make a distinction between those that hid the man's condition and those that recognized his mental slide.

It's not the first occasion where a Presidents condition was hidden from the general public. Wilson was effectively an invalid post stroke, and FDR was on his last legs and had no buisness seeking a fourth term.

This is nothing new, and not surprising when we keep electing geriatrics as President. The previous guy was over 80, the current occupant is almost as old.
