I really don't care what comes out about Biden at this point. I'm not desperate about anything. I think he should have bowed out much sooner, but his staff was certainly still able to implement lots of great initiatives during his presidency. I doubt he was completely absent when they took place.

I'd like to talk about the fact that in the past year, I've had the chance to be around a number of very young elementary school kids. When they act up, they generally get a red note sent home with suggestions about strategies that they might employ in order to stop ****ing up. After that, they often cut that shit out so that they don't get in trouble. When the president does the same thing, on the other hand, he gets millions of dollars and the nuclear codes. It disturbs me that the president of the US doesn't have the self awareness and the ability to self correct that the average kindergartner displays.

But Biden's old.

There was no way for me to win with a government that approached my political lean. I wanted the far right to lose, though. Sadly, a lot of people can't change a tv station, and their Oh Shit warning lights are apparently burned out, as well.

Reagan was diagnosed with Alzheimer's until 5 years after he left office so we dont know the degree to which it may have affected his ability to govern. The difference here is that Bidens condition was was such that he couldnt recognize members of his own cabinet. People around him knew he was deteriorating but hid his condition in order for him to run for another term. Biden was a figurehead, a puppet, he was John Gill of Star Trek fame and that was hidden from the public.
