I guess it was a state official, but they knew Elon and Trump were tight, so they called Trump and the terminal arrived shortly


Musk wrote in a post on the social platform X. “Earlier today, @realDonaldTrump alerted me to additional people who need Starlink Internet in North Carolina. We are sending them terminals right away.”

Former President Trump, who said he spoke with Musk earlier this week about providing Starlink internet service, lauded Musk for the assistance.

“Great news. So badly needed in North Carolina, where there is virtually no communication. Starlink was the perfect answer, and Elon Musk, as usual, came through. Thank you Elon!!! DJT” Trump wrote on Truth Social overnight Wednesday.

There are 40 Starlink satellite systems available in North Carolina to help with responder communications, and an additional 140 satellites are being shipped to assist with communications infrastructure restoration

Elon Musk is autistic.


That is why his behaviors are so odd, especially in this sort of situation.

There is no need to deny it or pretend it isn’t reality.

There’s no shame in being neurodivergent.

I wasn’t aware. The signs of Asperger’s make it hard to see how Musk attained the level of success he has.

He made some really good investments during his career and amassed enough wealth that the literal world is his playground.

No more, no less.

He’s an asshole. Personally and professionally and with all the wealth at his fingertips has never tried to overcome other challenges related to his autism.

It’s quite sad actually.

He’s the epitome of a person who wants for nothing but is also a very lonely and sad individual in need of constant affirmation from strangers.

He and Trump share that same vacant, hollow core of who they are.

I’ve know people in abject poverty that have a much greater sense of personal fulfillment.

Isn't the real truth is that you only think he's an asshole because he supports Trump?
