We had a number of great female pilots, who helped save lives on the battlefield. I would ask you what your experience was with female pilots in war zones, but I know you don't have any.

Unfortunately, since it's introduction in the early '80s, there have been a lot of incidents involving Black Hawk helicopters, a bird I've flown in numerous times. The vast majority of the pilots in these crashes were male. Were they DEI hires as well?
