Why would it terrify anyone?

It would be a gigantic red flag telling the woman that the “man” is a POS and to stay far, far away.

I’d be all for a tattoo on his forehead, no need for a contract.

A contract pre-sex is a contract pre-conception.

Unless you didn’t pay attention in health class and have a fundamental misunderstanding of reproduction.
