It get's better. From the article: "There were reports the skull was a rock, but police are still investigating what the workers spotted." Yes, a rock. In a well. Imagine that? Yet, their first thought was that they had found a skull in a previously unknown to exist well. That, my friends, is funny even to a guy like me that lives around folks like the ones in the story and sees their antics every day.
