More than 6 in 10 Americans say they feel better off after first 3 years of Trump, poll finds

WASHINGTON – A recent Gallup poll has some encouraging news for President Donald Trump as his battle for reelection heats up: more than six in 10 Americans say they are better off than they were three years ago when he took office, and about the same number credit him for the improvement.

No incumbent president in the past three decades has enjoyed such a high percentage of people feeling better about their situations. In 2012, when former President Barack Obama was in the White House, 45% of Americans told Gallup they were better off than they were three years ago. In 2004, 1996 and 1992 the number was 50%.

The man is an economics genius. Anybody who votes against this titan would be voting against their own economic self-interest.

So why in the HELL would you vote for any of these damn socialist candidates who are promising to undo everything Trump has built??

They "feel" better off, but they aren't. They voted against their own economic self-interest when they voted for Trump. His tax plan proves it. Reneging on his 10% middle-income tax cut promise and giving the whole pie away to the rich and the largest corp tax-cut in history while the rest get pie crumbs. Nothing Trump has accomplished economically has been any better a rate of improvement than was already established under Obama, who started out with the worst recession since the Great Depression. And you can't show the data of any better rate of economic trend under Trump, can you?

If lefty answered that things were the same, why would they bother to discredit Trump? Saying one is unhappy goes with blaming Trump. Saying one is happy goes with not crediting Trump.

Perhaps 40% of the positive responses did not give Trump credit. That makes it 3/10 if we're counting for Trump.

Can you name one policy by 0bummer that helped the economy reach the numbers it has today? Of course you can't. Neither can he.
 

It's likel;y even better for Trump then Gallup shows. Gallup is the worst of polling firms that weights their polls to poll roughly 8% more democrats then republicans.

Of course he can. You can't, because you're a brainwashed fake news lover. But anyone with functioning reasoning skills can point of a host of Obama policies that have created the economy that Trump takes credit for today.

But here are some FACTS for you. The FACTS show that the trend line for EVERY major economic indicator has either remained the same, or declined, under Trump's leadership:



In fact, the ONLY trend line that has actually improved (modestly) under Trump, is the Consumer Confidence Index...and that's only because Trump acolytes have lost all ability to think for themselves.

In the REALITY BASED world, people understand that Trump has done nothing except ride the wave of the Obama Recovery...and, like most con-artists, steal the credit for a better man's work. Obama saved the US (and the World's) economy, and it burns you people up that Trump has accomplished nothing more than jack up the debt.
