They would be held 100% accountable for their damages by the very people they damage, even if it meant bankrupting the corporation and the individuals who run it.

They would have to actually compete with every upstart newbie that entered their industry offering better goods or services for lower prices, thereby benefiting consumers immensely.

Another example would be how alot of the health care industry giants came out in support of the cluster**** health care law. Get more customers and shut out competition.
