More than likely upcoming in the Planned Parenthood sting videos: at least one emphasizing race.

Planned Parenthood warns of sting videos to come | MSNBC

We can look forward to even more out-of-context quotes, black-and-white pictures, footage edited to create misleading impressions and, as always, scary scary music.

It would be foolish of Planned Parenthood to assume there would *not* be additional sting video attempts, they should be talking about this to avoid this bull****.

The pro-life crowd is willing to tell any lie, so more lies from them are to be expected.

When the story first broke, I read several times that this video was the first of a series.

Correct. That being said, if the coming videos are as baseless as the first one, then Live Action is crap out of luck and ultimately PP will weather the storm.

I think PP will weather the storm regardless.

Of course it will. Planned Parenthood's supporters either embrace the institution's more heinous actions wholeheartedly, or are in active denial over them, and pretty much always have been.

I'm not a supporter of abortion, but recognize it as the law-of-the-land - also, I don't believe I have the right to tell others how to lead their lives, or make their life's choices.

But graphic discussion such as that taking place in the video(s), shows what a messy & distasteful subject it is.

I've always believed no one ever 'wants' an abortion, but for a myriad of personal reasons some come to the conclusion they 'need' one.

Like a child that says "I didn't do it" before you even ask the question.

While I am quite with you on the issue of tolerance and freedom, I tend more and more to believe that the traditional RC position on abortion is probably the more sensible one and legally preferable. This opinion has nothing to do with religion, but with an uneasiness of allowing humans to be classified and killable on demand. Whether I would get upset about a cell culture being use for research or medical purposes is sort of up in the air.

You're not one of the "rip live babies from the womb and dash their head on rocks" believers, are you?

Edited "for time," of course.

They released the full 3 hour video later in the same day before, no reason to suspect they wouldn't do it here as well.

Right, to make sure that everyone saw their edited hackjob first and ignored the larger context of the discussion. Cutting out "irrelevant" details like the repeated insistence that the only reimbursement is for shipping/handling/etc. Any lie is justified if it furthers the cause.

It is a very clever move, actually. First release the video that is cut in such a way as to misrepresent what the target is saying. And then release the full video. Which one do you think the pro-life crowd is going to circulate? And then releasing the full video a little later allows them to say, "What? We released the whole video. What's the problem?"

Very clever. I know my very own Facebook feed is littered with posts from people who never watched the full video.

Seems like the larger context is that they offer to provide tissue of aborted fetuses to outside parties.

I haven't watched any of the videos. My exposure to this has been this forum and the news story links provided within.

Of course they're not in it for profit. That would be illegal.

Oh, look! Free jewelry! You just pay "shipping and handling" - and if you order 5 free pieces of jewelry, you get a free gift, valued at $100!!
FreeJewelry.com

And here's link where you can get 5 *free* pairs of baby leggings, just pay shipping and handling:
FREE Baby Leggings (5 pair) with coupon code ATHRIFTYMOM1 at BabyLeggings.com (Just pay S&H)

I bet these go great with the five free pairs of baby legs you got from Planned Parenthood!

What's funny is that PP would suggest that women who seek abortions actually have dignity.

LMAO

It's happened. I find that it has happened pretty amusing. Gives me a little chuckle inside.

Not really. Most of the public has no issue with that. It's not like they sell body parts for a backyard barbecue. It's for medical research that can save lives.

That's why the liars have to amp it up, from the other thread, one guy literally said liberals like to rip live babies from wombs and dash their heads on a rock. The things these people believe, it's sad.

You are comparing medical research to shopping networks on cable television, or late night infomercials.

It demonstrates just how weak an argument you have.

...you do have an argument, right? What is it, exactly? That we shouldn't do medical research that can save lives?
