Pineapple and brown sugar ice cream topping

Saw it on a tv cooking show and boy did it look good!
Just take a can of pineapple, drain juice, chop up the pineapple (diced in small pieces), spread in non stick cookie sheet or lightly smear with butter. Then sprinkle brown sugar on top, drizzle some honey if you wish, and bake til sugar caramelizes. Scrape up with big spatula and plunk over a big scoop of vanilla ice cream.

I don't know why, but that just makes my mouth water.

It looked good on tv. It sounded good. But it didn't taste as good as I thought. I think I didn't sprinkle enough brown sugar on top. But it didn't go to waste. I put it in plain yogurt and made a smoothie out of it. That was pretty good.
