I suspect she is setting up the stage for when the Democrats come knocking on Biden's door. It might be that the poor old fool really believes he'll get to be President...

Formally installing Harris as Acting President won't be necessary unless Biden becomes completely unaware of his surroundings, in which case cabinet approval would be easily obtained. Even if there were some need to change the law, they'd wait until after the election if it were actually about Biden.
 
Trump is becoming more and more unhinged every day. Steroids probably aren't helping his control. The pressure is getting to him and she is looking for that one last push to send him over the edge. I can't wait to see what she hits him with next.

She's proving a point. In a time when the president SHOULD be recovering, he's not and posing a danger to the United States of America. He should be removed from office.

If Trump took a turn for the worse and died and then it happened to Pence your head would explode if Nancy stepped in. It's an actual possibility.
