'Peace Mom' Convicted of Trespassing

Isnt there a law on the books about people who cont to break the same laws over and over again? Three strikes or something like it?

Hopefully this law will apply to Cindy and she ends up behind bars for a couple of years.

But I really believe this woman is nuts and hopefully the courts will see that she is unstable and commit her to a mental prison where she will get the help she needs.

Oh, so if a prominent Democrat doesn't condemn behavior, it means he/she supports it? Sheehan is ENTITLED to express herself the way she sees fit, as long as she doesn't violate her First Amendment right. Why should a prominent Democrat comment on her behavior (unless asked)?

Sure some Democrats support her and what she does (I'm not talking about those serving in Congress), but that doesn't mean that Democrats on the whole support her and what she stands for.

Frankly, you're being ridiculous on this topic.

She is entitle to her First Amendment rights as long as her rights don't infringe on someone else's rights. Breaking the law is an infringement of all Americans rights. That is why we have them to start with.

So who would you rather get in the sack with, Sheehan, or Coulter?;)

Yeesh, what a decision... ok, well, I'd take Coulter between them 2 and they were the only 2 women on earth, and I had a gun to my head, and I was told that I'd never be able to play drums or lift weights again, and I'd never be able to do a crossword puzzle, etc... :rofl but if I had my druthers... I'd find Aps... ;)

Neither one of them are attractive in the least, Coulter is just the least ugly...

*sigh* :kissy:

Oddly enough, Democrats condemn Constitutionally-protected behavior -- without being asked -- all the time. Ask, say, Rush Limbaugh.

Kucinich one of your democratic leaders and a candidate from your party for president serves in the Senate......

I guess I hadn't heard that he supports her, but he if does, he's probably the only one. Also, he is NOT a prominent Democrat.

Two other prominent leaders although not in Congress The Revs (and I use the term loosely) Sharpton and Jackson.......

And even though a lot of dems are not our there in the open supporting Sheehan are very happy to see her do the things she does......

"Queen" is right, indeed Cindy deserves your accolades because she almost single-handedly brought President Bush to his knees!

All hail Queen Cindy Sheehan!

Cindy Sheehan is just like Mel Gibson...except she doesn't have to get drunk to make the kinds of monumentally stupid, anti-Semitic remarks he did. There is not a shred of evidence indicating Sheehan has done anything but destroy her own credibility by doing photo ops with dictators and by parading her dead son around to keep anyone from challenging her mind-numming hysteria.

Navy Pride is being ridiculous by addressing people who have the same views as a group?

Next you're going to tell me I can't refer to sleazy ambulance chasers, criminals, race-baiting preachers, and conspiracy theorists as liberals either.

Democrats learned to pretend to be conservatives after the last few times they embarrassed themselves by showing up with their friends...Michael Moore's Fahrenheit 9/11 debut guest list comes to mind. ;)

Furthermore, the San Francisco Chronicle reinforces your statement here:

"Critics of the anti-war protesters noted that few top Democrats appeared at this weekend's demonstrations. But aides to House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi said the San Francisco Democrat, who opposed the war in Iraq, plans to have a private meeting -- but no photo opportunity -- with Sheehan in her Capitol Hill office Thursday."

The San Francisco Chronicle. SEPTEMBER 27, 2005. Pg. A2. "Vacaville mother arrested in protest at White House; Anti-war activists booked for rallying without a permit."

Coulter has a brain for partisan neocon rhetoric. She makes money off of acting the lunatic.
Barak Obama a woman? huh, interesting.

Really? I guess you'd have to be a die-hard Clintoon/Kerry/wonkette/Al Franken monger to point that kind of stuff out. Jon Stewart has tried to make it clear that he is all about 'FAKE" news yet he still has a strong following who turn to his show for the 'news'. Ann Coulter makes a lot of sense to those who can think for themselves. How un-liberal of you to judge someone based on a physical attribute.

You didn't know Obama is gay? Haven't paid much attention to his effeminate hands, have ya? You're so full of :spin: it ain't even funny.

She's an angry b!tch, and is full of hate. I actually feel sorry for her. No wonder she's still single. LOL

Are you for real? You're going to call Obama gay? Grow up.

Your going to make me puke........Rumor has it she likes to play with little boys on line in chatrooms like My space........Maybe you can find her there......

Well there are rumours that Ann Coulter eats little boys. So again I'd take my chances with Cindy. Whats the most she'll do? Fondle me and show me pictures of her dead son? Ann Coulter would try cook me for being an American willing to talk to a muslim without saying : "How do I know you're not a terrorist?" or not bringing up anything involving terrorism. She's the kind of american that scares me. The kind that just can't see she's a hysterical bitch that doesn't know jack **** about politics. She's the equivalent of a muslim cleric telling his followers to support Al-Qaeda(which in our case would be the Bush administration) and getting payed for it.

Did you see her on the CBC(I get canadian chanels) telling some reporter that she was angry at Canada for having fought with us in Vietnam but not in Iraq? Like I said. She's a hysteric screaming anything she's payed to scream.

Isn't it comforting to know that our national security has been so directed by such an intelligence and knowledgable foriegn policy expert as Cindy Sheehan.

I guess you've never heard of cum hoc ergo propter hoc? It's a common fallacy that means if 2 things are happening at once, then one must be causing the other.

And if by, "bringing Bush to his knees" you mean Democrats barely scraping out a razor thin majority despite having every conceivable advantage (Congressional scandals, an unpopular war, liberals pretending to be conservatives), then yes, Cindy Sheehan's crusade against victory did happen at the same time as Bush "being brought to his knees"...

But claiming that Sheehan's neanderthal, anti-Semitic drivel had anything to do with this "victory" is the most moronic application of this fallacy I've ever seen.
