End of the day Democrats want a system they can cheat, its all smoke and mirrors if Democrats are the ones checking the signatures and verifying the ballots.

They are just finding new ways to stuff the ballot boxes.

Okay, so do you think less than 50% don't realize they get mail Monday thru Sat? Even if it's just junk mail? Or as I mentioned, they have informed delivery? I know people in my area have literally used the local app to ask if people people got their mail, or was mail running late for any number of reasons.

And I'm tired of the months and months and ****ing months of conspiracy theory after conspiracy theory being thrown around like it's an actual thing. ****ing "the election was stolen" and "mail-in voting is fraudulent" and "covid isn't real". I've had enough of the right-wing disinformation.

This guy stole some ballots. Some homeless guy rooting through other people's mail in an attempt to find something useful. He wasn't targeting the ballots specifically. That's it. There's nothing more to this.

The election wasn't stolen, Trump just lost. Get over it.

Mail-in systems are safe and secure and every State should have something akin to what Colorado runs.

Sorry, but that is at best wildly inaccurate, at worst a total lie.

The Politico article you linked to doesn't say that "no one checks signatures." It says that the county election boards check the signatures. PA state law does not authorize the state board to subsequently challenge those already-checked ballots exclusively because of suspected signature mismatches.

“If the Voter’s Declaration on the return envelope is signed and the county board is satisfied that the declaration is sufficient, the mail-in or absentee ballot should be approved for canvassing unless challenged in accordance with the Pennsylvania Election Code,” Boockvar’s mid-September guidance read. “The Pennsylvania Election Code does not authorize the county board of elections to set aside returned absentee or mail-in ballots based solely on signature analysis by the county board of elections.” (Emphasis added)

Read your own sources.

It should go without saying that every state has its own laws, its own procedures, and thus different policies for signature verification. Regardless, every state checks signatures, and uses a host of other methods to check for fraud.

That's why all those "Kraken" lawsuits not only bombed in court, but are causing major problems for the lawyers who filed them, including getting their law licenses suspended, facing reprimands for legal misconduct, and fending off massive lawsuits for defamation.

What's to debate? There are days when I don't get any mail. And, IMHO, the majority of people in the state have no idea there is a vote in September. So I highly doubt that many if any of them would notice they didn't receive a ballot.

One of the issues with alterning stolen mail in ballots is that it requires just a few voters becoming aware of the fact that they have not received a ballot. In such case, multiple attempts to vote by a mail-in ballot under the same person (the altered ballot by the person who stole the ballot and the new one by the real voter) will triger a red flag that somebody tried to commit fraud.
