hell, she even looked good in workout videosShe was so hot in that film. And in Barbarella.
I saw Ms Fawcett one night while having dinner at the old Luchow’s in NYC. She and a male dinner companion were seated at the table next to my wife and I. She was just as beautiful in real life.Farrah Fawcett. Had a huge of her in my bedroom when I was a kid.
The 1980's version of Mariah Carey was hot as F.Nice!!
About 20 years ago I worked at a large pet store chain in Gwinnett County GA. One night Mariah Carey, her little dog, as well as three gigantic bodyguards came in to shop. She was also just as beautiful as her CD Jackets.
Who were the older actresses growing up that you had a thing for?
#1. Diane Lane. I remember seeing her first on Lonesome Dove. She’s only 11 years older than I am, and I have always thought she’s fine.
#2. Sally Field. Smokey and the Bandit and Gidget. There’s just something about her that I always found appealing. She played Hanks love interest (Punchline) and mother (Forrest Gump).
#3 Jaclyn Smith. Charlie’s Angels. She was an original Angel; enough said. I always thought she was sexier than Fawcett.
#4 Marilu Henner. Taxi’s Hot Redhead. I don’t know why. Redheads…
#5. Bebe Neuwirth. Lilith from Frasier and Cheers. Her hair bun and dark hair did it for me.
I could go on, but those are my top 5.
List yours…
I would have guessed it was first seeing her with the Viet Cong. One of the first was easily Jane Fonda, seeing her in Cat Ballou.
She typified the Poe gothic ideal.I can sort of understand why some people might call Lillian Gish's beauty "ethereal", but truth be told, she looked like a ghost to me.
I guess different people have different tastes. She typified the Poe gothic ideal.
I was pointing out how tastes change over time. If you are old enough you will see how the ideal woman has changed even during your lifetime. I guess that is what this thread exposes.I guess different people have different tastes.
For me personally, the ideal feminine beauty is a woman with life-force pumping through her veins. She has a sunny smile, a killer sense of humor, a bit mischievous (this is deadly), and just generally fun to be around. I guess you can say I like women who are a bit boyish. Generally speaking, I am not a huge fan of women who are ultra-feminine. And I know that I am probably in the minority.
Looks-wise, I like Julianne Moore (love her smiles), Amanda Seyfriend (the dumb girl from the move Mean Girls). Gillian Anderson (agent Scully from the X-files) gets an honorable mention, because I believe that she has put on some weight due to her age.
In days of old the, thick woman was considered hot. I saw a porn clip from Brazil a few months ago that reminded me why this may have been so.I was pointing out how tastes change over time. Hey when 70% of the women are considered over weight it is probably a good strategy.I have this friend who loves fatties, like genuine fatties, maybe not in the obese category but definitely over-weight. I think it's kind of funny.
Rolls are kind of gross, but voluptuous is not.I have this friend who loves fatties, like genuine fatties, maybe not in the obese category but definitely over-weight. I think it's kind of funny.
