California's problem is not with marijuana it's with poor government. A government that wants to lay out a red carpet for a murderous dictator that is in the process of doing a genocide is treasonous and should be tried for that.

Also with the legalizing marijuana they decided that it was very important to control it to the point where you can barely operate a business. This isn't legalizing it's permitting the cartel to do it illegally without being caught. It's not enough just to make a thousand stipulations on whether or not you can do it it needs to be illegal for you to grow your own. The only way there should be any government involvement is if you are doing it to commercially.

What they've effectively done is made the cartels worse. They just go on dealing the pot like they normally did and don't adhere to all the regulations because they never did.
