Oil Price Surge Buoys Russia

Spiking oil prices means more money for Putin, the last thing Zelensky wants. Spiking oil prices also mean it will be impossible to enforce the G7 oil price cap
Okay. So what? Is this supposed to be the thing that pushes Putin into the winners circle?

Spiking oil prices means Trump's tariffs will no longer have their inflation masked by lower energy prices. Also the oil price cap is enforced no matter what the price of oil is.
But this oil spike is transitory.

Nuland's plans aren't working out.

Israel-Iran conflict may not end so quickly, even though Israel has a need for it to.

North Korea has now announced it will provide military support to Iran in the current conflict.

I read that as meaning Iran won't necessarily run out of missiles anytime soon. I also more deeply read that Nuland & Co who started Russia-Ukraine war to keep Russia preoccupied and unable to poke its nose into Middle East, have once again neglected all potential possibilities, as Iran has had a history of relations with North Korea too, and has now reached out to it for help.

Iran and North Korea represent a dual problem. The US collusion in the sneak attack on Iran can only tip off North Korea that a similar fate awaits it, just as Libya's Qadafi rudely discovered in the past. Hence, North Korea's motivation to intervene while the odds are better.

This North Korean support does not appear to have been in the contingency planning of Israel or USA. Which means that Israel/USA will now have to lurch into some new ad-hoc stunt to deal with this new development. Could that mean a new military coup in S.Korea? (As we know, the most recent right-wing coup there failed, when their entire citizenry revolted against it.) But leave it to American Cold Warriors to act like a Bull-in-a-China-Shop and trample on yet another country in ham-fisted style, thus further straining their ties with the rest of the world.

Woo hoo! Another double shot!

Your arguments also holds for Russia: every day that Russia does not collapse under the pressure of the western hegemon is a victory

More tantrums from the Clown in Kyiv LOL

Pressure of the western hegemon? Russia invaded Ukraine, thinking the small, weak neighbour would be easy to overcome. Right? Ukraine has proven not so easily overcome. Right? If this fiasco proves disastrous for Russia they have only themselves to blame. If that invasion proves to have been a blunder it will be on Putin.

Wrong.

Propaganda.

He won't hold any elections, because he knows he can't win. So he intends to wield power like the unpopular dictator he is.
Elections mean leaving Ukraine's future up to the people, which is something he and his backers absolutely cannot allow.
It might mean the people having the chance to rid themselves of this war they don't want -- and he doesn't want them to do that.
He intends to keep ramming this war down the throats of the people until they're all gone.
He will still keep himself alive, of course, because he dearly loves his own life, even while sending others to their deaths.
If he cared about the lives of the people, he'd seek peace. But he doesn't, and neither do you.
That's why you need to ram this war down their throats, without allowing them any say in it thru elections.

Me? What? I never supported Putin doing all those things.

Ukraine's Constitution does not allow elections during an invasion. Also Zelensky's approval is over 60% in Ukraine and would win any election they held. Russia needs to hold real elections with more than one candidate but Putin imprisons or kills anyone that opposes him. Putin has murdered a million Russians and shows no sign of stopping. How many Russians must die before the people rise up and rid themselves of the worst mass murderer since Stalin.

Does Pigtoria sound better then? Because she is indeed a War Pig.

Even in her retirement, I like how much she frightens you.

She's retired now? Is that what you call her sinecure at "National Endowment for DemolitionDemocracy"?

I think those like you and @Roadvirus are just trying to protect your quarterback/MVP

The Russians are the recipients of aggression by Nuland and her newly reanimated Cold War Deep State.
These crooked people are trying SOCIALIZE LOSSES WHILE PRIVATIZING GAINS

Nuland & Co are looking to destroy all of Israel's enemies -- at the risk and expense of destroying the lives of Americans and everyone else on the planet.
Nuland represents a marriage of the Cold War Deep State with the Israel lobby.

They - or at least their extended network - may have been behind the attempt to assassinate Trump a year ago.
Just like their predecessors in this cronyist mafia may have been behind the assassination of JFK.

Nuland & Co orchestrated the illegal invasion of Iraq, which killed millions of Iraqis.

@Yakshi and @Roadvirus will say: "Bah, stupid worthless Iraqi lives being mentioned again! Drink!"

Nuland & Co were likely behind the Crocus City terrorist massacre in Moscow (attributed to "ISIS" which is their convenient go-to name for any terror attacks they want to stage)
They were also likely behind the bombing in Kerman which killed 84 people and injured hundreds (again attributed to "ISIS")

Those 2 terror attacks were done in revenge for the Oct 7 attack, which Nuland & Co felt was instigated by Iran & ultimately Russia.
Nuland & Co are of course in cahoots with Israel in the merciless bombing of Gaza, which has mostly killed women & children.

@Yakshi and @Roadvirus will say: "Bah, stupid worthless Palestinian lives being mentioned again! Drink!"

Seeing people in a cage being bombed triggers laughter in you, and more merry drinking. Go on, keep being that way.

Nuland has become your hero now - just admit it.
Every past bad thing you've previously opposed, that she's been associated with, you've now come around to embracing -- all because of her role in beloved Ukraine.

You'll never have a discussion - on anything that challenges your convenient self-masturbating echo chamber beliefs
You won't even dare to contemplate, much less discuss points, that challenge or disturb your comfortable shibboleths.

Instead, your entire moral universe is centered around Ukraine as its epicenter.
Therefore anyone who's with Ukraine is your hero -- including Victoria Nuland & her NeoCon warmonger machine.
Time for you to duck away from any points you find inconvenient to look at, much less discuss.

The more he types, the less he says.

The more he types, the less he says.
And the less you type, the more you say? (ie. "I'm too scared to take on someone else's debate arguments, because I keep showing up at DebatePolitics without any actual desire to debate")

Like sending a deaf man to a music concert, or a blind man to a mime show.
Did you accidentally get misdirected to here from DontDebatePolitics.com ?

This pesky little Middle East war that's broken out has had a little side-effect -- making OIL PRICES SHOOT UP

JUST CAN'T CATCH A BREAK, HUH?
😭

Why do you continually side with Putin who murders children?

Is that not something they went over in your church growing up?

@reinaert is not here to debate. He thinks this is DodgePolitics.com

You responded to @Rogue Valley, not @reinaert.

Take a minure for some deep breathing. It won't fix your post quality or your random insults of forumers, but you'll feel better, and that's all that matters.

Cognitive dissonance. It's always present in his posts.

Seems to be a feature of our Putin water-carriers.

The tie that binds lol.
