It doesn't make any sense to release the people he arrested since they are criminals. The article says he was widely respected. If his record is clean, I think he should be allowed to apply for citizenship.
where did I say that the officer shouldn't be punished? show me.
Link to the appropriate laws and legal precedents, then.
American citizens do not carry the authority or enjoy the legal protections held by police officers, and are held to the principle of strict liability before the courts of civil- and criminal law including, but not limited to, any infringement of another's rights.
I knew it. This came from Fox "News"
Not really..
Now your just stereotyping..
I normally get news from assorted places found from google.
Perspective.......
11-20 million criminals/Future Democrat Voters..........
UHHHHH..... Excuse me, but he is a criminal himself, not only is he in this country illegally, he was using a false/stolen ID.
He should rot in prison.
Anyone who was arrested by him should be freed, as any testimony from him can not be treated as truth. :2mad:
You deserve an e bitch slap for that statement. :hammer:
How can you possibly condone this person's actions?

No, but you DO have to be a legal citizen. You can't be an illegal alien and arrest anyone. Also, any arrests made by someone who is impersonating an officer are null and void as well. So, like I said, all of the arrests should be null and void. It doesn't matter the outcome of the case criminal court, the arrest and charge was invalid thus so is the case.
I don't condone his illegal immigration. I condone his work as a cop, which according to those worked with him, was exceptional.
His police record.
Not following you here.
His police record should/will have a felony conviction for identity theft.
Too much emotion for me to respond to.
But any police work was done under false pretenses, the public trust shat upon.
Don't go getting all choked up as Libs tend to do.
Just embrace the fact that he is a criminal and it will be all better.
He has no record as a police officer, other than impersonating one.
I can not fathom how you can consider sympathy in this case.
I'm not talking about my emotion. I'm talking about yours. Also, I already know he's a criminal which is why he should be tried before he is given a path to citizenship.
