Not surprising

We all know who they are.
 
I would love to see someone publicly slapped with a fine or some jailtime for pooping in the capital.

That would be the ultimate in public humiliation.
 
Nothing says, "I Love My Country!" more than spreading feces on the halls where it's great leaders have walked...

Will this first battle in the "revolution" be called the Bowel Blast or the Rectal Revolt in future history books?
