Obama was a dirty crook?

No, President Obama was NOT a crook.

He was just a mediocre Senator (and law professor) who was chosen by the powers-that-be who thought that it was time to have a president of his background.

President Obama played the role very well. He was soft-spoken (in public) and basked in the limelight as a historic first.

Actually, the "powers that be" were the American citizenry that democratically chose him twice over everyone else. That's what pisses conservatives off, so they make up stories about him being installed by Soros and foreign Muslims to try to delegitimize him. Get over it.

Perhaps the latter is an overstatement. Yet it is getting harder and harder to simply accept President Obama’s ‘no smidgen of corruption’ remark made to Fox News in February, no matter how sincere and forthright his delivery.

Ms. Lerner met with top officials from the DOJ's Election Crimes Branch in October of 2010. Although Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the DOJ (Judicial Watch v. Department of Justice, No. 14-cv-01239), the DOJ coughed up dirt only on court order. Even then, the DOJ handed over only two pages of heavily redacted emails.

What’s more, the DOJ withheld 832 pages in their entirety. They revealed that Mr. Obama’s DOJ called an October 8, 2010 meeting with the IRS “concerning 501(c)(4) issues.” On September 30, 2010, the DOJ's Election Crimes prosecutor emailed Ms. Lerner:

"Hi Lois-It’s been a long time, and you might not remember me, I’ve taken on [REDACTED] duties. I’m looking forward to meeting you, Can we chat in advance? I’m a [REDACTED]”

Ms. Lerner responded on October 2, 2010:

"Sure-that’s a good Idea [sic]. I have a meeting out of the office Monday morning, but will try you when I get back sometime early afternoon. You can try me at 202 283-8848."

Documents from a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against the IRS show that Ms. Lerner asked the DOJ whether tax-exempt entities could be criminally prosecuted. This May 8, 2013 email by Ms. Lerner went to Nikole C. Flax, Chief of Staff to Acting IRS Commissioner Steven T. Miller, who would later be fired by President Obama:

"I got a call today from Richard Pilger Director Elections Crimes Branch at DOJ … He wanted to know who at IRS the DOJ folk s [sic] could talk to about Sen. Whitehouse idea at the hearing that DOJ could piece together false statement cases about applicants who “lied” on their 1024s–saying they weren’t planning on doing political activity, and then turning around and making large visible political expenditures. DOJ is feeling like it needs to respond, but want to talk to the right folks at IRS to see whether there are impediments from our side and what, if any damage this might do to IRS programs. I told him that sounded like we might need several folks from IRS…"

DOJ’s Mr. Pilger admitted that DOJ officials met Ms. Lerner in October 2010. Moreover, according to congressional investigators, a Lerner email from October 5, 2010 shows the IRS sent the FBI and DOJ a “1.1 million page database of information from 501(c)(4) tax exempt organizations” that contained confidential taxpayer information.

Do you want me to talk about how the Obama administration used the NSA database to illegally gather information on US citizens...including the man who became President...for at least four years from 2012-2016? Eighty-five percent of ALL the NSA database queries during that time period...tens of thousands...were illegal.

Yea obama ran a chicago gangster style DOJ where only the people he wanted were targeted.
holder and lynch were 2 of the most corrupt AG's that we have ever had. they refused to investigate anything.

the NSA was literally spying on american's and they did nothing.
holder was covering up fast and furious.
lynch was covering up the clinton email scandal and according to comey told him up front
that she was never going to prosecute no matter what he found.

Then there was the IRS scandal.
There was the voter intimidation case that they dropped.

There was a reason that no one was indicted under obama holder and lynch never investigated anything.

Yes this was a scandal but it was the crooked Republican PACs that got away with political activities that their tax status did not permit.

You would think with all those crazy shenanigans Holder and Lynch covered up that Barr would be right on it to investigate and hold those people to justice.

Or maybe, there is also a reason no one is indicted under Trump and Barr is not investigating Holder and Lynch.

No I prefer the DOJ do their damn job.
That is the problem that i have with our government once you are in the government and reach a certain level you are now above the law.
look at Comey and McCabe, both lied and admitted to lying to federal prosecutors. while people are currently under trial for doing the same
thing those 2 are sitting there with nothing being done to them.

It is the very thing that the anti-federalist warned about, and i am seeing that they were more correct than people realized.
your poor attempt at deflection doesn't excuse holder and lynch.
