The best thing about Obama's term, and Obamacare especially, is that it has finally put to rest any doubt that left wingers have a complete disdain, utter hatred really, for the Constitution as a whole. It is nothing more than a nuisance that they seek to destroy once and for all.
I see great distress in the future of this nation over that document. It is going to get supremely ugly.

The elected legislators ought to represent the will of the people, and in those cases where the will of the people is too far out of line with extant law, it is the court's place to uphold the law, even when doing so goes against popular opinion.
Since before ObamaCare passed, nearly every poll showed that public opinion was solidly against it. It was elected representatives who defied the will of the people in order to pass this mess of a law, and if the court strikes it down, it will be upholding the will of the people.

Why is it the GOP is willing to accept the Supreme Court decision to strike down the Health Care law should it decide to do it as a "just ruling", but continue for decades to force the Court to back away from their abortion "just ruling"? I guess it just depends on which side of the political fence you happen to be sitting on eh?
