Section 1324 if title 8 of the US code makes it a federal felony to encourage illegals to live in america.

Blog: Obama proposes schools celebrate 'undocumented immigrant awareness day'

october 22, 2015 Warning: This isn't an article from The Onion. Obama's Department of Education is proposing that schools spend a week celebrating illegal aliens, including an "undocumented immigrant awareness day." Can "Celebrate Destruction of America Day" be far behind?

The document, which was released on Tuesday, also urges schools to provide welcoming environments for illegal alien students by hosting events such as "Undocumented Week."

The guide also provides tips for schools and educators on how to support illegal alien youth who are in high school and college. It also provides information for non-citizens on how to access federal financial aid[.]

The guide also urges schools to create welcoming environments for such students.

Suggestions for how to support the students including hosting "an undocumented immigrant awareness day."

"Our nation's public schools should be welcoming, safe, and supportive places where all students, regardless of their zip code or where they were born, are given the opportunity to succeed," John King, a senior adviser at the Department of Education said in a statement.

...regardless of what ZIP code they were born in? King is making it sound as though we're discriminating against people born in a different part of Nebraska. These are people from other countries who came here illegally. Why should we be welcoming people who invaded our borders illegally?

Obama must be a busy guy micromanaging every federal agency like that.

By the time Obama leaves office there will only be two places in America that welcome him: Harlem and LA.

Sounds like some kind of "diversity celebration" twaddle that the Multiculturalists love so f-ing much.

I wonder how many of these Future Democrat Voters will go on to add to the death count that illegals rack up every year in terms of dead American citizens.

Maybe not even Harlem. Blacks hate his guts too because he's done near diddly **** to help the Black community...

Black unemployment is still high
More Blacks are in poverty
Black on Black murder is sky-high
He's increased racial tensions between Blacks and Whites

Not exactly the best way to treat the demographic that elected and re-elected your ass.

I think it's like 121 murders already this year. 121 Americans lost their lives because Democrats want to sway an election. And they don't care one iota. They're just really sick ba*tards...

And then we have this: "What difference does it make!?!"

Ok, I hate to interrupt this with actual facts, but facts are kinda my thing. So let us look at what this really is, not what American Thinker(almost as badly misnamed as reason.com) is trying to sell to the gullible. Here is the actual document: http://www2.ed.gov/about/overview/focus/supporting-undocumented-youth.pdf.

So, for those who still will not read it, the document is concerned with "undocumented students", who are by law allowed to attend school, and how to help them succeed. The document does not require anything, it simply makes suggestions that schools can implement or not at their choice. The one creating the hysterics in the OP is a suggestion that "institutes of higher learning"(i.e. Colleges and universities) host an undocumented students day to raise awareness about the challenges those students face, and to make them feel more comfortable.

Don't believe the lies certain blogs like to spread.

The hilarious part is you actually believe stupid **** like that.

Seriously? There's been at least three murders this year by illegals within just miles of my house. Of course I believe it!

The only people who consider election results when thinking about immigration policy are those against immigration.

I'm against illegal hispanic immigration. Definitely: Federal, state, and local taxes - school taxes, medicaid costs, increased law enforcement, incarceration, victimization... everything from dwi to murder.

I met one dude who had been jailed for a sex crime, and so i asked him, what'd you do? He says, "Well I went into the convenience store, and as I said hello I grabbed the woman's breast." I said, "Oh yea?" He says, "Yea, you gotta understand, in my country there are no laws against this." True story. They're ALL committing crimes. And I'm not really about that; I'm more about peace and harmony and tranquility, that kinda thing. And keeping my money for my kids, not someone else's.

Show us the law that says illegal are allowed to use our school. All i can find is a Supreme Court OPINION in plyler v doe 1982 that says states should give free k-12 to illegal kids. That is not a law and thus not binding. The constitution says only congress can write laws. THINK

I am against all illegal immigration. It has jack **** to do with elections though. Why are you for non Hispanics illegal immigration?

He doesn't micromanage anything except illegals. He loves them since 5 million of them voted for him in 2012.

I linked a document. You might want to read it. Hint: it is the document your OP is about...

And this is just one more reason we need to say NO to public education and federal funding.

I wonder if he is going back to Chicago with how dangerous it is for his kids.

That would be rather stupid to single out kids that have no idea of their status and rub it in their face that they are different than the other students.

That has exactly zero to do with the suggestion. You might try reading the linked document.

Horsecrap.

I believe in legal immigrants who want to come here to America and be an American and be a productive citizen and whole heartedly encourage them to d so..

illegal immigrants are not that in any capacity.

and I am in full opposition to illegal immigrants.

I believe in upholding the law and the Constitution, and simply will not vote or support any candidate who ignores either for their own greed and power.

which is why i absolutely refuse to vote democrat or republican anymore in any capacity.

I often wonder if there is such a thing as a candidate who will follow and uphold the law and the Constitution.

Why did your post have exactly nothing to do with what I said?

Actually, it IS a binding Supreme Court decision that allows the children of illegal immigrants to be educated in the public education system. It IS law. You might want to read the decision before making such an erroneous and absurd statement.
