Well, he already has multiple times in fact but lying about pot use personal or otherwise would not benefit him politically.

Failure to report suspected abuse, does that earn a bullet to the head? Failure to report a suspected drug deal you witnesses gets you put up against the wall? These are moral decision.

Probably. As well as a solution for a lot of the urban blight that would end up being burned down when it was siezed from these people.

Not so much "failure to report" as supporting individuals who are found guilty. The cops bust in the door of mom and dad's place and end up finding the son guilty. If there's anything found in the house (as compared to on the son's person), then they're guilty of supporting him by allowing him to live their. Even if they aren't shot (depending on the likelihood they knew about it), the house is going up in smoke.

Well it's a good thing the laws will eventually be changed so we don't need to worry about just shooting everyone!

Regardless of what the city, county, state, or federal laws say it will NEVER be legal in my vehicle or on my property. Individuals who choose to disregard that will find themselves in an unpleasant situation. I've already got two (future) brothers-in-law who won't come to my condo because they're afraid I will narc them out if they show up.

I don't think either one of them is bright enough to have put 2+2 together and gotten 4 on that yet. They are aware that I am a firearm owner and that I have no use for the crap on my property. Both of them have (so far) been smart enough to avoid the situation, but I'm not certain their combined intelligence is sufficient to reach the conclusion that even if/when it's legal it won't be in my home and that I do have ways to back that up.

LOL We also have laws to prevent you from behaving that way or face life in prison. You can make friends with all the drug dealers while you are there.

You gentlemen make the mistake of believing I'd allow myself to be taken alive in such a circumstance. I have zero faith in the US Legal System and I lose even more of it on a daily basis. It would be quite a thing to see, were I ever to be forced into a courtroom as a defendant, which is why I prefer to place myself in the hands of a much Higher Court, if it were to come to that.
