Yeppers!
Only problem is Hillary wasn't ready either!!
Well.....nor was Obama. Partying out west coast was way more important to him. But not that he would politicize an election.
Hoping we'll get a real President in 2016,
but not making any bets on it !!!!
Me?.....nah. I lead the way. Sua Sponte.
Maybe that's cuz of all those defense contracts Durbin is part of, only #2 Behind Johnny Quest.....sorry to break the news. All the Headlines across the globe are talking about How Obama has backed down. Backed off. Was looking for a political ploy to save face. Now he just needs to wash his face. Maybe it will help with that SourPuss he has been sportin lately.
Note.....the Clue should have been. Obama had no Cheshire grins. Wake up and smell the coffee.
perhaps someone other than hillary might be nice.

How much have we spent bombing so far? ZERO.
Looks like defense contractor meme is the hit of the hour with you history rewriters.
Can't take yes for an answer can you.
Can't look forward with to the future with positives.
Unoriginal repeat sarcaz
All you have is pure hatred for the POTUS, with each and every post.
And here I though you'd be positive if you posted on me first. Give Peace a chance, Bro, but deal from strength, as Obama did by showing Putin some of his toys...
Quid Pro...
pure hackery, like calling Obama "schuck and jive" by Limbaugh...
this hackery is in every post of yours and has nothing to do with my OP
Good afternoon Pero - I think you're right about both the Senate and the House - I see Harry Reid pulled back on a scheduled test vote in the Senate scheduled for tomorrow and has not rescheduled yet - not sure if that means he's nowhere near the votes or the President has some new twist he's about to announce tonight.
As for being irrelevant, I've been saying that ever since he travelled the country in his campaign bus claiming that sequestration had to stop or it would be the end of civilization as we know it - that's the snapshot in time when the majority of people in America saw him for what he is and started tuning him out.
I think President Obama had every chance of becoming a very good relevant president if he had pulled a Bill Clinton after the 2010 election like Bill did after the 1994 mid terms. Bill worked with Republicans to accomplish his agenda and was successful. So successful as we, the majority of us look back at his presidency with satisifaction and wish we could have times like that again. I think obama refusal to work across the aisle is the big limiting factor to his presidency. IKE worked with LBJ, JFK with Dirksen, LBJ also worked with Dirksen. Reagan and Tip O'Neal are stuff of legends, Bush the first worked with Democrats in the house, Rostenkowski comes quickly to mind.
Since you don't think....Obama is a REAL President....who was the last REAL President?
Absolutely right - and don't short-change Bush two working with Democrats, like Kennedy on No Child Left Behind. There's not a single issue, except perhaps now with McCain and Syria, where Obama has tried to specifically work with Republicans.
I think President Obama thought, thinks his presidency would be like his first two years when the Democrats owned huge majorities in both houses of congress. I do not think he has yet come to terms that the Democrats no longer control the house. He seems to think he can bypass congress on almost everything and when he needs congress's votes he can hit the campaign trail and go around congress directly to the people. If it weren't for some huge misteps by the GOP and a some rotten candidates they nominated for the senate, the GOP would be in full control of congress. Obama was very lucky in 2012 as no republican with a bucket of spit decided to run against him.
Not to mention he best hope he don't lose the Senate this 2014.....otherwise you will see one of the Most Lame Duck Presidents ever to hold an Oval office. Not only wont he be able to move anything forward. But he may end up losing his Precious Ponzi Scheme and that Obamacare.
Either way.....after his term. It will be running out anyone he put into a spot. With the exception of SCOTUS. Which hopefully one day we can stop all those lifetime appointments. NO MORE FREE RIDES!
The left definitely can kiss Susan Rice's ass goodbye. She will be driven out of US Politics completely. Not even her bestest pal Bilbo will be able to save her ass this time.
You seem to forget that the senate democrats were in similar unfavorable electoral chances in 2010 and 2012. Despite the long odds the democrats not only kept their majority in the senate but they managed to gain seats.
Besides the republicans in the house have not done themselves any favors by making themselves as useless as a hedge trimmer in a desert.
Yeah, well with Rockefeller and the Dems #2 boy in Montana not making a Showing to take Baucus' place. It's not looking good for the left.
Throw in the republican primary in Georgia and Mitch McConnell trying to survive his primary opponent I say that balances out the odds.
What we DONT know is who actually USED the chemical weapons in August. Maybe the same guys that used them in March 2013 and were caught with them in June 2013...you know...BOs allies...the 'rebels'?We know that Syria has WMD's and supports terrorism.
I remember a time when republicans thought that was good enough reason to justify an invasion
Note: I did not and still do not support the above rationalization for war.
Well when you are used to playing small ball. Its hard to hang tough with a guy like Putin.
Well that was before the Dems side got pushed up to 21 seats.....we need only 6 to take the Senate now.
That would be assuming you got the perfect canidates.
I think North Carolina, Louisiana, and new hampshires will be tough fights but I think the democratic incumbents will manage to win.
Might want to throw in Virginia and Warners Seat too.
Care to explain why you think he is vulnerable?
