If Law Enforcement Officers do not have the brass balls to do their job, then they shouldn't be trusted with a badge and a gun. My old man works as LEO in Miami-Dade, and in spite of his strongly held Conservative views that the media "witch hunt" and relentlessly attempt to attack police officers he goes out there every day and is an absolute pillar of the community.

Then again, his first response to any call (no matter how dangerous of a neighborhood he's in) is to brandish his pistol and start shooting black people.

He sounds like a good cop, but depolicing is still a fact.

I mean you're not wrong. One is just your knee jerk reaction to a black guy as President saying that maybe LEOs should stop shooting unarmed black kids and the other situation is a President who openly calls an ethnicity of people animals who only rape and kill while also attempting to knock down a pillar of the Department of Justice due to the fact he's being investigated for crimes he may or may not have committed.

The knee jerk reaction is all yours -- in believing that black suspects are more likely to be shot than white suspects. A President should be smart enough to make a statement concerning ALL unarmed suspects -- not just black ones. That was Obama's misunderstanding -- and it contributed to the false narrative.

The mess Obama left us? Who cleaned up the mess that Bush left us? Obama. We were on the verge of an economic collapse of epic proportions in which we would have been economically dead for decades. You don't call that a mess? I would say Bush was the one that left a mess.

And now, Trump is mimicking Bush but he is actually doing a bigger mess, one that may take centuries to overcome.

Yes and this 'side taking' by obama woke a lot of people up...just how biased blacks are...and obviously no difference even if one is the president...a president is supposed to be the President of all the people....yet obama went out of his way to side with the blacks as he did in the zimmerman case and in the gates case....were there others? Probably so. Thus obama instead of trying to improve race relations further divided the country along racial lines.
