NYT: We Were Badly Misled About the Event That Changed Our Lives

I worked very hard during the pandemic on scientific research. I'm not sure that I'd risk my shit again. Maybe. I could have stayed home and watched Netflix. However, I'm proud of what I contributed to at the time.

Who said Trump did anything to stop the spread?

He just let fewer people die. If Biden had the exact same results as Trump did, tens of thousands of people would be alive.

He did worse, somehow. Trump did nothing, and Biden did worse, objectively speaking.
Well, you know, this sounds like a clever argument until you realize that we are talking about 455K deaths under Trump in 9 months vs. 700K deaths under Biden in FOUR YEARS.

😂😂😂

🙄

No, the comparison is from 2019 when Covid began spreading to January of 2022, just one year into Biden's term.

You get that more people died under Biden's first year in office than under Trump's entire term, where covid was killing people for over a year, yes?

It would be unfair to compare 4 years of Biden to Trump's term... which is why no one in this thread, and myself specifically, has ever done so.

What a stupid post.
You think Trump should get more credit?

I don't. He ****ed up big time.

Biden simply did worse, objectively speaking. Unless you have data that says he killed fewer people his first year than Trump did?

Maybe because you can't explain how Trump "let fewer people die and how Biden "did worse" it was actually because Covid is a contagious disease and once it gets outs out and is free to run amok, its going to spread no matter who is in charge.

Only a Trump supporter would argue that "there is nothing anyone could do to slow the spread of covid and save lives."

Why do all scientists, health experts, doctors, virologists and public health officials disagree with you?

Do you not remember "bend the curve"?

It's unbelievable that people would argue covid couldn't be slowed, just to support their particular president.

There isn't much variation in the pattern of deaths from one administration to the next. Its not like they were simply low under Trump and went up under Biden. They began and climbed with Trump and continued to climb with Biden.

➊ 610% increased risk of myocarditis following mRNA platform injection.
➋ 378% increased risk of acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM) following mRNA injection.
➌ 323% increased risk of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST) following viral-vector injection.
➍ 249% increased risk of Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) following viral-vector injection.

On the other hand many MILLIONS died (undercounted) from COVID.

And the side effects of COVID infection are legion.....

You seem more concerned with those people than the people in power that lied to us.

You posted pure CTs about alien craft retrieval.

You fell for "structures kilometers under pyramids" by a CT site.

Why the hell should we trust your opinion that this opinion column is true?

Yet you care enough to respond.

Interesting.
I'm responding now. Probably not much longer if your crying keeps up.

I know you do that as a deflection because you can't refute what you are responding to. That's very common transparent tactic for the lefties here in fact it's almost universal.

That government whistleblowers have confirmed under oath

You fell for "structures kilometers under pyramids" by a CT site.

I fell for it or I didn't automatically dismiss is like the corporate media drones?

I don't care what you believe. I'm not here to try to convince people anything much less people who have no critical thinking skills.

We know. You're here to spam X.

If you don't care enough to use decent sources and don't care enough to comment that's on you.

Will anyone be held responsible for funding gain of research in Wuhan and the cover up by Fauci and his minions?

But I followed up with Offit, Hotez, Iwasaki and Hotez and it revealed a split closer to 3-1, with Iwasaki and Osterholm favoring an infection counting as one shot of two.

...then ignored their expert advice anyway, has been totally overlooked.

Bill Maher: "What do you think of news that British intelligence knew that covid was a lab leak in 2020?"
Andrew Sullivan: "Same with the German intelligence service.
Core paper that killed off any idea that this was a lab leak: 'Proximal Origins'
With Fauci and Collins, was a lie, a conscious lie.
This is so freaking obvious this is man made, one of them said.
Why would they lie to us about that?"
Maher: "The New York Times: said any questioning of this coming from a lab was racist.
Why people lost faith in the left: They do stupid stuff like that."
Sullivan: "This gain of function research was always dangerous. Anthony Fauci: Remember that name. There's a reason he was given a pardon going back to 2014."
Maher: "I don't think he did it for nefarious reasons. I don't think he's an evil guy, who's trying to get rich off this. He just made the wrong call."
Sullivan: "He knew the Wuhan lab had security levels that were the average of a dentists' office.
NIH NIAID helped fund it. You don't want to go down in history that helped develop the virus that helped kill millions of people."

'You don't want to go down in history that helped develop the virus that helped kill millions of people'
Well too bad, that is Fauci's legacy.

Really makes you wonder why Trump restarted gain of function research and let Fauci run amok with it.
