No alcohol, or nudity in a strip club. Why not call it Hooters then?

Same in Idaho, or at least Boise and surrounding. Seems what they do is open up a bar right next door, and patrons are constantly roaming back and forth across the parking lot.
Edited to add: It's usually "full nudity" is illegal, they usually do have their breasts exposed, just can't do the crotch area. Still silly and prudish, but just to clarify, it isn't usually a ban on all nudity, just full nudity.
 

Must have changed a little. When I lived in Boise there were "bikini bars" and the dancers had to wear pasties but they served beer.

Oh I forgot about the pasties. You're right, but imo, even with a pastie it's still a nude breast.

Ohio is the Buckeye State, and we long ago accepted the fact that we may all be nuts! Make life real easy for us....

In FL, there is no nudity allowed where hard liquor is served. Full nude places exist, but they don't serve booze. I also recall the tape over the nipples. Someone out there seems to think that nipples = nudity, and that no nipples = clothed.
 
It's those damned, social engineering, liberals. :roll:
 
Been to a couple strip clubs in Missouri, and that is true, there is no booze or nudity. But beyond that, the reason for the grenade is upsurd.
 
If strip joints and beers are not your thing. Why not just stay out?

I've heard those referred to as "Juice Bars". :roll: Yeah, because that's what I want to do, go sip some orange juice at outrageous prices.

Sounds like a really boring non-strip club. And a complete misuse of a SWAT team. To raid the place so aggressively for "suspected alcohol sales and topless or nude dancing" seems ridiculous. A few undercover officers may be more appropriate.
 
Missouri had some of the loosest stripper and liquor laws in the nation until the fundies took over the state legislator.
