So much of the 2020 voters voted for Trump. Biden won because more voters came out than the more voters for Trump. Trump lost due to Covid and the George Floyd killing, otherwise he might have won. I haven't paid attention to numbers, but I don't see it as Biden getting a mandate.

The 600 dollar thing is a pittance to pacify the People as they give shit tons of money to corporations, banks, and foreign countries. Trump isn't wrong on that, and Pelosi and Co had jumped on Trump's word to increase it to 2K, but the GOP would never allow it. I read up on this more. It appears that is only the case if the legislature is no longer in session. If they are in session and the president does not sign the bill, it becomes law. So, if that is the game being played, all both Houses have to do is stay in session and the bill becomes law, forcing the president to actually veto the bill which can be overridden as long as the legislature is in session. So, once again, the TDS'rs don't really know what they are talking about.

You're mistaken. If Congress remains in session, after 10 days the bill becomes law. A pocket veto applies if Congress adjourns. If they adjourn and the executive doesn't sign, in 10 days the bill is 'pocket vetoed'.
It does not take a rocket scientist to know what is going on in Trump's mind.
