For the sake of this poll, let's assume Bernie Sanders wins the nomination for the Democratic Party.

For those who definitely aren't voting for Trump, are you NeverBernie? Who do you plan on voting for if he's the nominee? Do you think that it would be better for Trump to win over Bernie if they are the final two?

I can't see myself voting for an extremist, neither Bernie or Warren.

When it comes to “the lesser of two evils”, there are limits, where both are so bad, it is not even really a choice. I will write in a candidate if Sanders wins the nomination.

Edit: could a teacher let me know how many extra commas are in this post?

I don't like his policies, but I will vote for him since maybe 10% of them will become law. I would prefer a moderate and blue congress instead.

That is generous. I would be surprised if any do.

I'd hold my nose and vote for Bernie.

Unlike twump, there isn't a lifetime's worth of evidence that he's evil.

There’s a difference between Sanders being a Blue Socialist and trump being a Red Fascist.

They are both people who have co-opted a political party with to goal of becoming president and attempting to enact radical policies. Neither of them should be leading our country in any capacity

You could've taken the azgreg route and saved a little face.

Bernie is well to the left of me, but the fact that Bernie is not a racist makes him the lesser of two evils. Worst case scenario with Bernie as president, you have a president that gets none of his agenda passed, but isn't a racist, and appoints moderate to liberal judges.

I'm not a teacher but I would have substituted a period for the comma after limits.

I guess 'very liberal' is different in Georgia. Yeah, I know it is, I've lived in Augusta.

That you do not understand ideology is not really a fault of where you live.

I won't be supporting Bernie. I will vote for Pete or Bloomberg on Super Tuesday. If Bernie is the nominee I will vote third party--probably Green Party but possibly Libertarian to help one of those get closer to matching funds. If Mike lost but then ran as an independent, I would support him.

I would prefer Bloomberg as the nominee. Sanders vs Trump is yet another "lesser evil" election. But I will vote for the Democrat candidate, no matter who it is, because Trump is the greater evil. Third-party or write-in may be a fine statement of principle but it has a snowball's chance.

Sanders wouldn't be the national and international embarrassment Trump. Plus I'm sure he would put more qualified people in his cabinet.

I voted early in the California Primary today and finally became...a Bernie Bro. I stood by Warren for as long as I could, but there was no longer any point in avoiding the obvious: she's not picking up steam and she's polling badly in critical swing states. Buttigieg is a solid loss in November. Biden is doing a little better than Sanders in approval in those states, but it turns out there's a very good reason why he's lost every past Presidential bid: the dude doesn't know how to run a campaign or raise money. He's a dead man walking.

So I crunched the numbers and it's unavoidable: if you don't want Trump to get a second term, Bernie is your path to achieving that objective. It'll be tight, but it can be done.
