No Vaccine Available When Biden Took Office?

The White House says there was no vaccine when Biden took office.

View attachment 67390566

Why, oh why, would they lead a statement on the economy with one about COVID that seems wrong? The CDC gave EUA to COVID vaccines in Dec 2020 and Biden himself was FULLY (double) vaccinated when he took office in Jan 2021. Did they mean to say...was elected to office? Or are they now pivoting to the EUAs not being 'a real vaccine'? Shoddy PR and falls in the false/misinformation...if you ask me. Hard to believe the rest of the info...when the lead is itself dubious at best.

(sorry I don't post often, wasn't sure where to put it, and probably can't keep up with this one....but it really rubbed me the wrong way).

The Biden administration lies with impunity because MSM refuses to call him on his several lies a day.

Socialism = bad is about as far as they get.
They don't dare go any deeper than that in case they learn something and only nerds like learning.

Solid republicans hate nerds with a passion.

Many if not most of them benefit significantly from social programs and the inertia of labor organization in the 20th century. At the same time, they have been taught to support the destruction of both.

Every country is feeling the pinch right now; is that also Biden's fault?
I've never felt confident under Democratic rule regarding the economy. They spend way too much money on woke projects. They way over did it regarding closures during the pandemic. They give out way too much money to free loaders who don't wanna work. Spending money to house illegal immigrants is stupid.

I'll share mine first and expect you to then share yours.

We should never had to lockdown or close businesses during the pandemic. People should have had the social responsibility to do the right thing by wearing masks, social distancing and washing their hands. The deplorable's under the direction of Trump fought against this. They were the ones who created the closures. If Trump acted like a leader and brought this country together against a common enemy we wouldn't be experiencing much of the pain we are now. He would still be President and we would be in a far better position regarding the economy and inflation.

not widespread available =/= no vaccine
It meant the public at large could not get it.

Not sure how else to say it.

Until a large quantity of the public was vaccinated, many hospitals coast to coast were overwhlemed. I guarantee they felt the lack of vaccine.

My brother died because hospitals were inundated with covid and they could not get him to surgery quick enough. At the point this happened. As a health care worker (ICU RN) I was vaccinated but the public at large was not.

Only certain people could get vaccinated. It was unavailable to the rest.

Yes it was available, to a small segment of the population.

Better get the 'Disinformation Governance Board' right on that right away.

Trump could not stay focused long enough to get the vaccine into production. Things dramatically took a positive direction immediately when Biden came on board as the elected president.
And yet it was in production and being distributed and administered to the tune of 1.5 million by Inauguration day.

The public at large could not get it. I only got it because I am a healthcare worker. Many hospitals were overrun at that time because vaccine was not available to the public at large.

I guarantee a majority of healthcare workers nationwide felt the lack of vaccines to the general public.

Yes it was out there. Not in a way that made much of a difference - since the public at large was excluded.

It was not available to the public at large. I got one because I am a health care worker. I was protected, while patients in front of me were on death's door because they lacked ACTUAL availability.

To those that died or suffered devasting effects of covid (some of them long term) I bet most of them would have wished there was ACTUAL availability to them,

I am a Senior and work in a essential business, so I had the privilege to be second in line, so to speak. I got my first vaccination 15. of March.
Till march vaccines were not available for the public. Healthcare, First Responder and nursing homes got supplies.
Luckily the Biden Administration did some serious work during the transion and came out running.
I am very grateful for that and still remember the relief I felt when I had my first vaccination and then my second and was able to get all my employees vaccinated..
When the Loser was still around, the projection was mid summer, for people like me.

Additional we have to thank Pfizer and Biontech, they had their own distribution program very well organized and were ready to go when Biden's team took charge. They were ready

Oh good lord 🤦
No Lord required. Just ACTUAL availability at the time.

Keep in mind, I think the initial roll out in december and actual roll out for most adults.....was very quick. I commend the scientific community and Trump for his backing of warp speed for the speed of rollout.

But that being said - the actual rollout for those who were not healthcare workers (etc) came after inauguaration.

Availability only matters if you can actually get it.

Most healthcare workers can tell you the distinct change in how their hospitals were weeks after the REAL availability came about.

No Vaccine Available When Biden Took Office?

Is an absolutely untrue statement, it wasn't available to all but available none the less. The correct statement would be 'The Vaccine Wasn't Available to All when Biden Took Office'

Typical Biden lies. For his voters this is a feature, not a bug.

Was the vaccine available to most Americans at the time of his inauguration?
1 million people per day (the stated goal of Biden's ramp up) and rising were getting vaccinated when Biden took office, 20 million people had already been vaccinated. The statement "there was no vaccine" is complete disinformation designed to fool idiots and give people who don't know any facts talking points they can spew. It's not true, and he shouldn't say shit that isn't true.

And millions are still unemployed. Actually less people are employed than pre pandemic still. Biden took over about 3/4 into the recovery started before him. Peak unemployment was 14.6% in April 2020. When he took office it was 6%. So he had already reaped the benefit.

Pretty SOP for politicians though. Take credit for anything good, blame everything bad on someone else.
