Well here we go, Yinon Levi was with a group of settlers using diggers and other mechanical vehicles to knock down Palestinian homes when at one point, he shoots into the direction of Awdah Hathaleen and kills him.
Another view here below - this time from Hathaleen's own camera as he is fatally shot.

And as you see at the end of the video, Yinon Levi is out again after short house arrest.
Sort of documents and supports what many Palestinians and even Settlers are saying about what is happening on the West Bank:

This isn't Gaza, this is the West Bank and we are all turning a blind eye to Palestinians being forced from their homes in ever more blatant action by settlers - settlers who often also wear the uniform of the "arresting police" to pretend to put people like Yinon Levi behind bars or even IDF uniform so they can protect their fellow settlers when they go on raids against Palestinian homes.
We are all complicit in this slow ethnic cleanse of the West Bank. Israel can't do it quickly - they would have to either give votes to Palestinians or move so quickly that even the Americans would be outraged at blatant and obvious ethnic cleansing going on.
The pattern repeats - settlers go in, attack Palestinian homes, steal or destroy their crops and then build illegal outposts. A couple of years later, the Israeli Govt legalises these illegal outposts and the encroachment continues.

"I think that a lot has changed, that the enemy in our land lost hope. He's beginning to understand
that he's on his way out; that's what has changed in the last year or year and a half.
"Today you can walk around here in the land in the desert, and nobody will jump on you and try
to kill you. There are still attempts to oppose our presence here in this land, but the enemy is
starting to understand this slowly. They have no future here."

Jeremy Bowen: Israeli settlers intensify campaign to drive out West Bank Palestinians
In the shadow of the Gaza war, violence is rising in the occupied territories as radical settlers seize land with the backing of the government.
