He did NOT. He said opinion and hearsay that are stated to be sworn testimony is worthless. In other words opinion and hearsay can not be considered sworn testimony. That is how I read it.

He I believe is saying that opinions and hearsay are worthless if they try and use that as sworn testimony.

Example: I am under oath and asked a question. I give my answer saying "in my opinion" or "I heard from a source" (hearsay) even though I am under oath and said those things under sworn testimony, they are worthless!

I would love to have you stand in front any of the 100+ police officers who were beaten that day by Trump's mob, and who probably have followed the hearings, and tell them it's all political theater.

BTW- since you haven't watched any part of it, how do you know it has been just for political theater? Who told you that? Trump, Tucker, Rush?
