There are many immigrants in California who have become citizens and are eligible to vote. Most Californians know this — at least those who don’t live in the northern sparsely populated counties. Governor Newsom knows this, as do our elected officials. Only those looking for support for their prejudices believe the biased interpretation of the heavily edited video. They are ignoring that ICE agents at polling places are meant to intimidate and discourage non-white voters. Also brings up the point that voting by mail is immune to the presence of ICE agents, and therefore under attack by DJT and his followers.
