All vaccines have at least occasional side effects. But people who say they were injured by Covid vaccines believe their cases have been ignored.

Discussion Starter: My friend Nick developed severe nerve and muscle problems after the Covid 19 vaccine. He lost his job, his house, and his girlfriend. The medical community was not prepared for him. It was a long hard road. He eventually received IVIG and it helped a great deal.

Of course anyone experiencing stuff like this was ignored. Hell, if anyone even dared to suggest that they were allergic or otherwise inappropriate for the vaccine, they were immediately deemed by extremists in the mainstream as murderous inbred fascists, or some similar string of random insults.

And I say this as someone who voluntarily took the first two doses of Moderna before deciding against further shots because I got Covid three times since I was vaccinated and none of those experiences were nearly as bad as the 104 fever I developed from the second Moderna shot. I'm in no way against vaccinations or annual boosters, but everyone's biological situation is unique, something that the extremists cannot comprehend because they're unhinged, anti-science, and unintelligent.

I know injured people. The rate of injury is definitely being downplayed. The injuries are not rare whatsoever, it's just that doctors don't report ADRs and if they do they get their licenses threatened.

Efficacy rating is 54% or less, drops precipitously after 3 weeks. Pretty much identical to the flu shot (as the article discusses). Given the ADR risks (VAERS data) of blood clotting leading to stroke or embolism, myocarditis, nervous system events, and effects on the reproductive system, one wonders if the risk/benefit ratio is worth it anymore.

This vaccine is dangerous. The word is getting out now.

I will admit that someone I know ended up with Bell's Palsy, likely from the vaccine. However, susceptibility to Bell's Palsy seems to run in our family and those sort of things have more to do with our own immune system than anything else.

The people making the big claims about how bad the vaccines are tend to miss, ignore, or downplay the rest of the info that goes with their cases, like how much more common long Covid is than similar vaccine side effects. They don't seem to understand how our immune systems work and the point of vaccines (there's a reason that smallpox vaccines leave a scar, and it isn't the instrument they use to administer it). They don't understand different viruses. They don't understand statistical coincidence either. All vaccines come with some side effects, including some serious ones. And all vaccines statistically will be administered to people who will die within a day, a week, a month, 6 months of getting the vaccine, especially when so many people get those vaccines within the same year.

Billions of doses. Billions.

Every vacccine had potential issues.

I work in an environment where 100 percent vax was required (I believe for the fist 3 perhaps 4 doses) It has not been required for quite a while. Despite the complete required vax - our employees are not dropping like flies or suffering ill effects (other than post injection transient issues - like many other immunizations)

My problem with this issue has been the sourcing and the lack of ability to accept that there may be other issues with the symptoms they are exhibiting. Covid infection itself can cause many of same symptoms. Correlation does not equal causation. The "harmed" should properly address these symptoms with their doctor.

Sounds like he developed Guillain-Barre syndrome, which a rare but possible effect from having a viral respiratory tract infection, such as the flu.
