Jeff Bezos won’t be taking the subway to Amazon’s planned new headquarters in Queens.
New Yorkers, take note: While you commute in dilapidated and decaying subways, know that Jeff Bezos will be able to rely on a more upscale mode of transit to get to Amazon’s forthcoming New York City headquarters in Queens.
That’s because New Yorkers are buying a helipad for Bezos, the richest man in the world.
Buried in the 32-page, $1.5 billion agreement between New York’s various economic development agencies and Amazon is a promise by the city to help the company secure rights to a helipad on, “or in reasonable proximity to,” the company’s new site in Long Island City.

There's also a helipad included in the Arlington, VA HQ2 site.
There's something desperately wrong with this picture when taxpayers are underwriting the cost of luxury transportation for very rich people.

I guess there goes my dreams of Bezos renovating the Long Island Railroad...
WHO are Melanoma and Barren ?I totally agree. I would like to know why the taxpayers are paying for this helipad. And I am still waiting for an explanation why taxpayers paid for Melanoma's security service when she refused to move to the whitehouse and stayed at trump towers. Not moving because of Barren was complete BS.
WHO are Melanoma and Barren ?
As far as the wait goes .. its been that way for a long time , today .. its one way conversations , we horribly overpay our wealthy, our elite , our ballplayers ,..all other can starve, and had best be smiling while starving !

Is there any way we can make this Trump's fault?
