New Poll Shows Bernie on Top

Not sure what's causing the surge but it's been consistent with a trend over the last few months.

Honestly, I think the Warren attacks and Clinton attacks are going to help him if they aren't already factored into this poll.

Why is it sickening? Bernie has never been properly vetted on the national stage. I doubt he stays on top for the next three months.

Yes indeed. Those treacherous Democrats will stop at nothing, from what I understand they are even trying to encourage black people to vote , something that I think is illegal in red states right?

pretty sure all citizens can vote in every state in the nation. not sure how you get that from what I stated. are you denying there was an organized effort to keep Sanders from the DNC nomination last time?

Even when within the MoE, it's still more likely to be correct. The 'MoE' is simply an arbitrary probability line of an estimated 95% confidence in the result. In other words, it's 95% likely, estimates, the accurate result is within that MoE. And it's not 'randomly within it'; the further you get, the less likely it's accurate.

And FWIW, the gold standard poll is the Des Moines Register, not that SRRS is so bad.

Well, the exact likelihood percentage will be determined by how many standard deviations are determined. But I very much agree with your point, here. And to play Devil's Advocate, let's not forget the MoE can swing the other way, so it is possible - though unlikely - Bernie is up nearly 6 pts! :2razz:

Agreed. He had his downturn leading into his heart-attack, and I was counting him out. But now, he seems to be on an upswing. Hey, I wouldn't mind a Bernie-Klobuchar ticket at all!

I think Bernie Klobuchar makes a lot of sense, to be honest. Klobuchar is popular in the Midwest States that will be critical to this election. She can work the moderate venues, while he's out pulling the progressive base. They'll love her in WI too, I assure you!
