Our American boycott seems to be working in so many areas. Looks like this will be the new norm, to the detriment of the US. Keep it up, Canadians!

I miss my Jack Daniels if I was to be honest.

Well done Canada.

Maybe the US can repair that relationship once the idiots aren’t running this place.
Maybe after two or three generations Canadians will forgive the USA¨s betrayal.

You don't know a lot of Canadians, do you? We don't hold grudges. In fact we took in slaves and draft dodgers and on 9/11 we opened our airspace and airports for them.
Once Trumpism is gone, we will be more than happy to welcome Americans back into the family of civilized people. ;)

Canadiens would want nothing more. I just hope for your sake (and ours), that the idiots leave because I don't think they will on their own accord or if they lose the next election.

Three of my grand children are Canadian. A few score can be added to that number so, yes. I do know a lot of Canadians.

If I were Canadian, I would build a wall and have America pay for it.
Perhaps as a form of a boycott Canadians should not respond to American posts. Take a stand Canada! Ignore the US at every angle.

What to do about the millions of them that eagerly believed and embraced Trump’s outlandish bullcrap about Canada? Once your friend believes lies about you told to him by someone he knew to be an inveterate liar, would you simply resume the same level of friendship with no regard to the “trust” issue? I know I would find that a difficult and prolonged process.

I wouldn't have been friends with that ilk in the first place. But I am not going to get a hate on for Americans because some of them are brain dead.

Nobody is suggesting YOU get a hate on for Americans. In matters of political and diplomatic intercourse between the two countries though . . . would you think it wise for Canada as a whole to default to auto-trust mode simply because Trump is no longer in the dugout? A significant number of their population that supported his every whim and fart will still be there, still influencing and still hating on Canada with the very strong possibility they are pretending to be YOUR friends.

They should definitely ignore your posts. I'm sure many already do.

The perfect oxymoron is contained within some like herself claiming Canada is so insignificant they do not bother, care or pay any attention at all to anything about Canada then show exactly the opposite tendency with posts like her last one. 🤭

I don't understand the "I don't care about our reputation" crowd. It's pretty obvious that isolation and alienation are weakening strategies. Then there's the crowd fooling themselves that we have great relationships with all the nations we made 200 deals with.

Just one of our laudable and world renowned features. 😎
Another one is excellence at women's rugby. Do you know that next Saturday Canada will play England in the final of the Women's Rugby World Cup tournament?

I certainly got surprised by their win over New Zealand. Did not see that coming at all. WOW!

I too was surprised. After that performance Canada could go on to beat England in the final.
