Netflix receives backlash over erect penis.

The only people who saw this were subscribers to Netflix, and they see a warning before every episode regarding everything from smoking, cursing, violence, and nudity.

If they are easily shocked, they can heed the warnings or unsubscribe. But to be offended? Build a bridge . . . and get over it!

Seems that as part of the store a character takes Viagra and they show the results on screen.

Frankly, i don't understand all the meltdown.
Do you?
That's what the director said.
The scene required a number of retakes and they had to double up on the micoxaflopin to get it done.

I saw that series, the story was pretty meh.

By the way the photo is blurred he has a future in porn if the regular acting doesn't work out.

Or not...

Despite being more than 2 decades into the 21st century, the USA still suffers from a vestigial puritanical hangover.

We refuse to grow up.

Really hard to figure out. Straight up, I just don't get it. Must be hard on the producers.

Jen Chaney from Vulture wrote: "Right now you are probably feeling shocked, flabbergasted, disgusted, profoundly confused, or some combination of all of these emotions. That is okay."

I can't say I wouldn't be a little shocked to see an aroused man on a show since it's really not commonplace in series but "profoundly confused"? People can be so dramatic.

Circa 2056: People express their outrage through a flood of neural outrage pings at NFL Streaming for their Super Bowl halftime show of live homosexual oral sex.

“I know it’s considered old fashioned but where are the straight people going down?” was the most affirmationed comment.

Penises get erect. Why is it OK to see a flaccid penis but not an erect one?

I guess that is like women wearing pasties but we can see the rest of their breast...as if the nipples are the only part that make them too erotic...

Yeah some of the conventions we have about what is appropriate and not as for nudity and language are bizarre to me. That is one that has always bothered me.

Also how it is somehow ok for 13 year olds to hear the word **** once, but if its in a movie twice then it has to be rated R.

Usually there is a difference between the nudity warning and the 'graphic' nudity warning. I think these warning need to be more specific about what it entails. if there is an erect penis in a movie, just spell it out so we hear this whining and gnashing of teeth.

There really is no reason to show a erect penis on the tube. What value did it add to the story? I doubt it had any cinematic viewing value. The yoyo's in hollywood seem to have a need to add nudity, simulated sex acts, and foul language even when it offers no relevance to the story. I remember the days when a couple was going to do "IT" they simply walked in the bedroom and closed the door. Everybody knew what was up. Once in a while they may show the lady kick off her shoes or maybe a really dirty scene you'd see her dress hit the floor.
It's just not a necessity to most of the stories it's added into.

I'm not saying it's not OK I just said I would be a little shocked if it suddenly appeared and I didn't know since it's not common. If you think it's common, please name the shows on a network or streaming service that an erect penis has appeared on?

I’m not sure what the issue is?

I mean Amazon Prime has used an erect penis as a logo for years.

Talk about your overreactions (insert other jokes here.)

The backlash to this is absurd, people's sensitivities are off the chart these days.
