Nearly 800 illegal aliens arrested in massive Florida ICE operation: 'Tidal Wave' (1 Viewer)

yes, I missed that all 800 did. was it in the article? please quote it. were they "Terrorist, Murderers, rapist, drug dealers" as you claimed? i'll need proof
In full disclosure, I mixed up articles I was reading. The one I referenced were actually 1500 Cubans that Castro sent over in 1980.

The 1,500 prisoners that Cuba now has agreed to take back have all been convicted of felony charges related to crimes committed since arriving in the United States.
Regardless, I trust our leadership and the judgement they use in determining who is here illegally and therefore should be deported

prove they are democratic voters. but you wont, as always.
its amusing to read some of the partisan stupidity here.
They start to believe their own lies eventually.

🤷‍♀️

800 criminal “illegals” - according to the administration that tells us Dear Leader is 6’3” and weighs in at 224 and has lied about countless other things.

Let’s see how this shakes out.

you trust trump? lol. look at how he lies, changes his mind, ignores court orders, etc.

do you trust him to follow the constitution and due process? scotus didnt

Convicted criminal that are foreign nationals are either imprisoned or deported right? Due Process is restricted to a habeus hearing - then out of here with them. right?
I seriously doubt that anyone on the left here has a problem with officials applying the law.

The issue most often raised is that the US government doesn't adhere to the law in carrying out these deportations. In addition rendition to a 3rd country prison is unacceptable.

In a groundbreaking joint effort, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Miami and Florida law enforcement agencies arrested nearly 800 illegal immigrants during the first four days of Operation Tidal Wave, a massive, multi-agency immigration enforcement crackdown.
Officials said Customs and Border Protection (CBP) provided "extraordinary support" during the operation, which they claim was highly successful.

Rafael Juarex Cabrera, a Guatemalan illegal immigrant and alleged MS-13 gang member, has illegally reentered the U.S. three times and was convicted of felony reentry.

Jose Sanchez Reyes, a Colombian illegal immigrant who entered the U.S. as a getaway, was convicted of homicide in his home country.

Savva Klishchevskii, a Russian illegal immigrant, has an Interpol Red Notice out of Russia for vehicular manslaughter.

Aron Isaak Morazan-Izaguirre, a Honduran illegal immigrant, is a known or suspected terrorist member of the 18th Street gang and has allegedly reentered the U.S. illegally two times........
Ok, that's four of them. What about the other 796? All criminals?

There are a couple of million more... the issue is do they help more than they hurt the USA.... pretty sure they help more.

.
They absolutely do-certainly in terms of their almost $100 billion annual contribution to your economy in local, state and federal taxes paid. And of course their spending power has to be added to that.

As a country, we have the right to pick who will help and reject those who will hurt.

So why reject those that do, as Trump is planning?

so do all illegal aliens hurt the country by being here? if not, what is your criteria?

He's doing exactly what the UK is doing.

The government’s pledge to deliver the highest rate of removals since 2018 has been surpassed, with a surge in returns activity since the election leading to 16,400 people with no right to be in the UK being removed.

Since the government came to office, enforced returns are up 24% compared to the same 12 months prior and Britain’s streets have been made safer with the removal of 2,580 foreign criminals – a 23% increase on last year.

Bespoke charter flights have removed immigration offenders to countries around the world, including 4 of the biggest returns flights in the UK’s history carrying more than 800 people. Individuals removed since the election include criminals convicted of drug offences, theft, rape and murder.

unreal comments on this thread. "how do we know they are criminal".."is society better off without them" .

No. The difference is Britain follows due process. We don't arbitrarily throw migrants or asylum seekers out, on a whim, as our previous Conservative administration attempted to do. And failed when our courts deemed it illegal.

you do realize that illegals can contribute to the economy, ,right? just being here illegally doesn't hurt the country if they are holding jobs and working.
and yes they are "criminals" by being here illegally, just like i am sure you are a criminal for having broken the speed limit for example.

your comment is unreal.

Yeah, they go to a case worker who decides. Any further process is optional.

The US process is not arbitrary and goes to a hearing.

My heart goes out to the 796 people who aren't criminals.

Not really sure what you are suggesting...

Some immigrants are good for our country. Lawful people can support themselves and their families. And some are not. We get to choose who to allow.

Yeah? And when do these 800 get their hearing?

Did they declare Asylum? Did they violate the conditions of their temp status? Did they violate the terms of asylum?
