Nearly 800 illegal aliens arrested in massive Florida ICE operation: 'Tidal Wave' (1 Viewer)

Fail.

Try again. Link to provide support for these specific claims...

OK, show me they were not given the opportunity for a deportation hearing and the ICE procedures were ignored.

So you can't support your wild ass claims.

I did support them with. Direct link to ICE.
If they didn't follow orders of removal, don't you think that would be a headline?

Yeah, I know. It doesn't follow the gestapo narrative.

Last I heard, non-citizens can't vote in national elections. In any case, just how many hardened MS-13 or TdA gang members give one shit about voting? We can't even get many of the eligible citizens to vote.

This is all made up BS to keep MAGA angry. It's apparently working.
They are not supposed to but without voter ID laws, who knows who 9s voting. There is no process in place to validate the person voting is eligible. Just the way Democrats like it.

Unless a migrant (non-citizen) has a professional fake ID and fake papers, how do they get away with the registration process? I imagine one or two get away with it, but it is not a massive problem like some GOP would have you believe.

Let's hope they're who Trump says they are.

He totally blew it with Abrego Garcia . . .
I think its safe to assume that they are not who the felon says they are. Whenever a pathological liar belches normal people assume its a lie until proven otherwise. And the OP quoting FauxNoNews?
LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!

You still have not provided evidence for your specific claims.

Because you can't.

This is getting near police state stuff.

ID for voting.
ID for walking on the street.

Scary times.

And for what? Misdemeanors? Such flimsy rationale.

Because you can't.

Go ahead feel comfortable with your narrative. I know everybody United States is a nazi. But the US follows pretty much the same procedure as Canada does for removals. It must keep you up at night the Canada had over 16,000 removals last year alone.

Let's hope they're who Trump says they are.

He totally blew it with Abrego Garcia . . .

That man had an deportation order.

I'm waiting for the latest numbers.

For all the destruction and mistakes Trump's been doing, by his last numbers he's been running behind Biden's in the number deported.

It's almost like there a massive injunctions from hand picked judges trying to slow the process.

so do all illegal aliens hurt the country by being here? if not, what is your criteria?

They do. They undermine workplace protectsion, wages, environmental standards and more.

Yeah? And when do these 800 get their hearing?

As part of the massive sweep, 275 people were arrested with final orders of removal, meaning a court has mandated that they leave the country already.

At least 275 of them should be gone in hours. They've already had their final order of removal and just were not removed.

You don't have any proof to the contrary.
There are over 3 million people awaiting asylum hearings in the US currently. I would call the due process
The Honduran woman and her 2 year old US citizen child weren’t afforded that hearing. Asylum hearings are between 5 and 10 years from when they apply thanks to Trump in his previous term

He had no such thing. Abrego Garcia had a WITHHOLDING of deportation order issued by an immigration judge.

As administrative judge under the executive branch and the findings for that withholding were changed.

Try to keep up.

"That man had an deportation order."

That man had a valid court order preventing him from being deported to El Salvador. The sex offender's administration admitted they made a mistake. The SC ordered (they did not REQUEST) the felon to facilitate his release and return so that he could exercise his right to due process.
But in the MAGAT fantasy world he had a deportation order.
There is no possibility to engage MAGATS in a rational debate, and this is a perfect example of why that is.

Deported to El Salvador, not to ever be deported.

Link from a reliable source?
Thought not........

No, an IMMIGRATION judge, who has that authority.

An immigration judge, formerly known as a special inquiry officer,[1] is an employee of the United States Department of Justice, an executive branch of the US government.[2] An immigration judge decides cases of aliens in various types of removal proceedings.[3][4] During the proceedings, an immigration judge may grant any type of immigration relief or benefit to a noncitizen, as well as to his or her family members.

An immigration judge is appointed by, and works under the direction of, the U.S. Attorney General.[5][6][7] In other words, under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), immigration judges act as representatives of the Attorney General and can only act according to authority delegated by the Attorney General or by the INA.[8] Despite not being part of the judicial branch of government, immigration judges are quasi-judicials, formerly known as “special inquiry officers," who handle removal and deportation cases and are meant to decide independently.

The the AG declare that it was safe to send him back to El Salvador? Yes he did.

Are immigration judges under the DOJ and the AG? Yes they are in fact.

So get some better news sources and get your facts straight. Any determination made by an immigration judge is under the authority of the AG and President who can change or make their own determination on that matters as well or in lieu of their decisions.

Facts are a foreign concept to MAGATS.
Any idea why the felon administration admitted they made a mistake? Any idea why the SCOTUS commanded the sex offender administration to facilitate Garcia's release and return him to the US so he could exercise his constitutionally guaranteed right of due process?
Any idea at all?

Provide a ****ing link. If not you’re posting crap and don’t want to be called out for it

I did.
I posted the link from ICE.
If you don't like it tuff shit.
The NYT said on Monday alone 275 detained on removal orders. That comes from a court judge.

3.5 months of Trump seems like 5 -10years? You're going be hurting for the next 3.5
