I do not think anything can help but time, perhaps hundreds of years.Man tends to be very intolerant of those who are different, until you get to know a "black man" , one would think, superficially, that they are very different..
This is however , generally not true, most intelligent men know this, but there are a great many running about out there with less intelligence and education...
If the NAACP could successfully impress the need for the black man to have to excel at everything(simply to be considered as equal), then the process could be easier, but I think this is impossible...
Plus, of course, this is very unfair - but then so is life...
