Here is what I think happened with the Nunes documents. I think that to keep certain intelligence documents safe, the Obama people made a list of document numbers of documents they wanted to insure were safeguarded and sent them out to the House and Senate Intelliegence committees. The White House got a copy and actually looked up the documents and made copies. These were provided to Nunes. Then he took these documents, not the list of document numbers, and "showed" them to the White House. He then came out and tried to use the actual documents as proof that Trump's tweet about wire tapping was correct. Now we have the political fire storm going on about this issue. Will it sidetrack the investigation into Russia and collusion, maybe with the House, but I don't think it will the Senate.
So, That is my thoughts, what are yours?

Here is what I think: I think speculating about things I have no way of knowing is stupid and counterproductive.

Or are you just to afraid to put your thoughts down on paper. If you think that with the GOP in charge we will ever get to the truth, well you are wrong. I don't know if any of the GOP is strong enough to go against their party to get to the truth, so in the end, all we have is what we think.

What makes you think some guy in the House or in the Senate have a list of document numbers? Because some unnamed source says so?

Why isn't anybody asking to SEE this list? Why isn't anybody asking WHAT guy in the House or Senate has this list? Why is everyone passively taking the word of an unnamed source?

I think you need to settle these questions before you get too far in the weeds with your speculations.

On many occasions. Nunes has mentioned American Intelligence hasn't given the documentation his House committe needs to oversee American Intelligence. Matter of fact, Schiff has said the very same thing.

It's obvious the overseers of American intelligence (in the House, at least) aren't given the documentation they need to investigate American Intelligence.
