Either it should be mandated or it shouldn't. If you want to mandate vaccines to save lives - then more lives would be saved by having Americans be at a normal body weight. And redefining "normal weight" doesn't solve the problem either.

It's a serious condition that is costing us billions in health care dollars. It puts a strain on just about every facet of our economy trying to accommodate obesity.
