Weeks ago, I came up with this and thought it might be useful for SNL, but don't think they take suggestions.
At the inauguration ceremony (this is before trump announced he wouldn't attend, in the skit he does), it all looks normal, the crowd, Biden and the chief justice facing each other, trump next to them observing.
Then, when the chief justice says 'raise your right hand' and Biden does, trump raises his also.
When the judge tells Biden to repeat the oath, trump repeats it also, as Biden and the chief justice look distracted and glance at him, but don't know what to do about it and continue.
When the oath is done, trump claims he was re-inaugurated.
