I just came across this short YouTube clip (link below), discussing Trump statements which seems to link his victory to Musks stay in Pennsylvania and his knowledge about vote counting computers:

Have any of you seen it? Any comments?

That "convicted felon" label in action as hoped for and expected by the Left.

LOL! Didn't do much to help the Democrats to win now did it?

As for the question posed by the video?

IMO Trump meant nothing more than that Elon trusted the computers after looking at them. Gave Trump more confidence the positive polling numbers might well reflect in the votes. Which they did since he won PA.

By the way, 50.6% is a majority where the opponent got 49.4% (or less if a 3rd Party candidate got any percentage of the votes). :coffee:

What many Republicans don't get is that convicted criminal person will make y'all pay as he breaks his promises to all of us, one after another. What y'all actually voted for when you voted for trump is more debt, higher prices and less service from our government. Let us on the left know when prices start to drop and gas is cut in half, we'll be waiting and hoping Donald at least fulfills those two promises he made to the citizens of America while campaigning.

I don’t think there’s a conspiracy, just a stupid voting public who is about to find out the monster they unleashed.

The 2024 presidential election along with the 2020 presidential election are the most secure elections in modern history due to over 90% of folks having voted on paper ballots.

Trump received a lot of votes due to a lot of folks falsely believing that he has a magic wand with regards to the economy. Trump inherited a great economy from Obama back in 2017.
And a lot of folks who voted for Trump aren't that familiar with how tariffs work.

Have you seen anything which backs up that statement? Did he actually 'look' at them? If yes, what kind of access did he get? What exactly did he look at?

I don't trust Trump, but I trust Musk even less. He has recently been trying to influence the German election by promoting AfD; a party some people say is somehow neo-nazi friendly. From wikipedia: "In 2017, ten AfD Bundestag members were found to have participated in a closed Facebook group named "the Patriots" in which, among other things, antisemitic, racist, pro-Nazi and conspiratorial posts were widespread") – this party is certainly far-right.

I'm not saying that the 2024 election was rigged, but if there are ways to tweak the results in one way or another, I have no reason to assume that Musk/Trump or other Republicans who believe they won the 2020 election wouldn't try do it.

Trump's count was not 50.6%. He got a plurality of votes, not a majority.
Yes, Jill Stein and a few others can be thanked for that.

There are claims, with weak evidence, imo, that someone launched a lot of bots in the last weeks before the election that focused on PA voters. Bots that hyped issues that got MAGA voters out and kept others home.

Maybe hard evidence will come to light. Maybe not.

If the election was rigged, reputable sources will find out eventually. At this point, I haven't seen evidence of that. I blame Republican voters / faux addicts.
'faux addicts'? Please elaborate.

When some ballot boxes were set on fire in October, I was surprised (I'm living in Scandinavia) that one could vote that way in US. How do people identify themselves as legitimate voters when voting in such boxes?

Here's a good podcast that explains faux.

In many states, you have to show your driver's license before they let you vote. However, that's not the point at which fraud is most likely likely to occur. That would be the counting votes step. I'm not arguing that this happened. I'm just giving you my opinion about how it would be done.

just another 'voting' story.

other state's ballots are printed up and shipped in as needed for some elections. people have been asking how ballots come in that are all Identical late at night with the same candidate check off. i think we know how that happens.

1737820043122.webp...some times i don't wanna vote either, but i figure they may wanna know my opinion; or not.
