Now, in either your learned analysis or simple layman opinion, how much would grocery prices fall if gasoline prices fell? And why? Why would farmers and grocers begin charging significantly less?

Nope, the claim was fertilizer costs would be unaffected by free natural gas as long as the price of potash is impacted by tariffs. Nonsense. Potash has virtually no smell, another fact you ignore.

Have you ever run a business? Unless you were in tight competition with someone else, why on Earth would you lower your prices and thus your profit just because your operating costs are lower?

A firm does not lower its price for goods or services unless demand lowers.

If you do not know that is fine. I think if fuel prices and farmers food transportation logistics went down to zero, as in if the government gave them all free gasoline and diesel, our grocery prices would not lower one red cent. Businesses never lower their prices unless there is lowered demand.

Are you aware of the stiff competition in the grocery business and their average profit margins. And yes, I have been in my own business.
