Long enough to know that you don't report to an outside consultant unless your manager tells you to. And the managers are basically telling them not to. Maybe the last time you worked outside consultants weren't a thing.

Then set a meeting on the calendar of HR and legal to discuss if there is a new policy. And why a new policy is being rolled out via Twitter by a non-employee.
