My first thought is if banks can give customers $100 per referral … why can't Musk? Because you're not giving people $47 for -signing the petition-, which would be closer to bribery; you're giving it to the person who -sent- that person who signed the petition (if they ultimately did).

But I haven’t seen that it is required even tho they have a register to vote page. That’s why it was being investigated by Michigan.
