If the black shooter's dad was a cop and an investigator for the prosecutors office and told an incorrect story about a white guy with a mild criminal history it's not out of the question.

Simple trespass is not a crime in Georgia unless a number of conditions are met - none of which are apparent in the video.

Seeing that video - even if the McMichaels saw it, which is almost impossible - is not enough to meet the requirement of "immediate knowledge" of a crime.
