regarding the Second Amendment: The first half of the sentence is a qualifier and explains the content of the second half. That is why the gun nuts do not like it and why the NRA has half of it on their headquarters.

regarding the Barr clip: that is not a sentence that stands on its own as some preceding words are missing.

My belief is that originally it applied to the militia and is now applied to the people. The Second has evolved as America has evolved, as society has evolved and as our concept of our rights has evolved. We are NOT the same nation as we were in the 1700s and words written then can mean different thing now.

When we read the Mueller report we will know what the first half of the Barr cherry picked sentence was - hopefully. At that time - if we have the first half of the sentence - I can answer your question.

My personal feeling.... my sense of this thing .... my suspicion.... my gut ..... tells me that Barr and Trump will continue to obstruct and what we will get in mid April will be redacted and edited and some of that material simply is an embarrassment of Trump and will be kept out. That is my hunch. But we will see.

Barr already revealed his own feeling in last years 19 page unsolicited letter on how to handle Mueller. He has not changed.

Why should I. You have lied to us repeatedly. What will change in your mind in April as you have ACCUSED Barr of Maleficence with NO FACTS or Proof

actually, the Barr summary reeks to high heaven and more with every passing day. It is starting to smell worse than A Trumpkin at high noon on a 100 degree day after working in the sauna giving happy endings to customers.

Instead of reading the report from Mueller, we are reading a very brief four page summary from somebody who faulted the Mueller led investigation from the start of it and was kept out of it for the reason of what he is.

Until we read the Mueller Report and examine the evidence that went into it, we cannot say if Barr is accurate or not. That is totally the fault of Barr and he knew it when he released his letter given his history and record.

Barr, hardly an objective player given his record, substituted his opinion for the Mueller report. And that makes it fatally flawed in the extreme given the anticipation of the American people for reading the actual report and the vote of the House who voted 420 to 0 to have the entire report released publicly.

The sad thing is, this should not be a polarizing as it is. I cannot imagine the report being mishandled as badly as it is. Its just atrocious.

You have openly criticized Barr's Summary. YET Barr's Summary is supposed to be that of "Mueller's" Finding's and decision PERIOD. NOW while true to only know if Barr's Summary is Accurate is to read the Mueller report to edify. I have NO reason not to believe Barr's summary as it makes NO sense that Barr would INTENTIONALLY lie about the Summary. Knowing the demand of the release of the Report why would he intentionally lie.

It was written as it was written. I know of nothing which explains it other than the Amendment itself.

Hundreds of things could be said in front of the Barr statement. It is silly to speculate since we will have it soon. In a few weeks - cross your fingers - we will see what that was. Barr edited it out for a reason and only Barr knows what that reason for the edit was. But we know something was cut off.

We do not know what Mueller will do or what his team signed which limits them and what they can say.

Trump has obstructed mightily and will most likely continue. As I have said, I suspect strongly he will as it is his nature and he just cannot help himself.
