Mueller did NOT exonerate Trump of Obstruction

Baloney and you know it. I suspect Mueller passed his report hoping it would be enacted upon by Congress.

The point of the Special Prosecutor in the first place was to remove the AG and assistant from decision making.

Mueller had been passing these types of things off to the DOJ since he was appointed.

Failure to see that the laws are faithfully executed.

Actively to obstruct the faithful execution of the laws.

.

So the theory here is that when the president fires an FBI director, he or she is guilty of obstruction?

1) Nothing's stopping the House Judiciary Committee from investigating the obstruction of justice evidence.

2) A Special Counsel is appointed by the DOJ and works under the purview of the DOJ in accordance with the rules and regulations of the DOJ. Their rules and or regulations nix the indictment of a sitting President. Not to mention Barr and Rosenstein determined there was insufficient evidence to charge obstruction of justice.

Your theory is this:

"If the president does it, that means that it isn't illegal."
---Richard Nixon April 6, 1977

Trump told Lester Holt of NBC that he fired Comey to get rid of the Russia thing.

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States."

We see you guys over there squawking away about this don't like the oath any more than you like the Constitution. And not only do you not want to see the Mueller Report, you don't want anyone else in the country to see it. Your being the Putin-Trump Fanboys that you are.

Still can't get over the fact that Clinton was never charged, in spite of years of testimony and investigations by the Republicans. I get it. Obsession is so hard to let go of.

Trump was exonerated by his political appointees. Not by Mueller. I know, I know....facts are hard.

1) Just correcting your misconceptions concerning HRC.

2) Mueller is also a political appointee, is he now a part of this 'grand conspiracy' ??

Plus it's a violation of his oath which itself is 100% reason and justification to remove him from his office.

Failure to see that the laws are faithfully executed.

Actively to obstruct the faithful execution of the laws.

Which with statements such as "the media is the enemy of the people" place Trump in violation of the spirit and the letter of the Constitution he swore to preserve, defend, protect.

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Mueller basically left it to the voters, is what he did. Barr usurped the intent unto himself to try to make the calls about the report. If Barr is the umpire then he's making his calls using a seeing-eye dog.

What's stopping the House Judiciary Committee from looking at all of Mueller's evidence ??

Probably because he's couldn't get beyond the problem of a president exercising his lawful authority is not a crime.

For a corrupt purpose it most certainly is.

Yes, he's a political appointee. Why? And who said anything about a conspiracy, other than you, I mean?

There's is no doubt they will sans the, by law, redactions.

There is little doubt that top secret committees of Congress can see all the evidence behind closed doors.

You implied such with your "Trump was exonerated by his political appointees" statement.

I didn't imply any such thing. You're lying. Again. I'm not a Trump supporter. I don't sit around and fantasize about conspiracy theories and Deep State nonsense. I leave it up to the paranoids and the Trump devotees.

*I didn't imply any such thing.*

Then what does your statement mean tres ??

"Trump was exonerated by his political appointees."

If it's not an implication of a cover up / conspiracy then what is it ??

The rest of your post is a defensive partisan rant, therefore dismissed.

Channeling your inner Mycroft. I love it. "You're kicking my ass, so now you're dismissed because I lost the battle." Good stuff.

Save your conspiracy theories for Friday's Trump Fan Club meeting. You can all sit around and share them with each other. I prefer to join the real world where everything is analyzed based in facts, not CTs.

Mueller report should be released. Along with the evidence and information which led the Obama DOJ to think Trump & Co were conspiring.

The president can't break the law. But he can fire the FBI director.
